Class Types

- Yin Yoga: A meditative practice that involves holding poses for longer periods of time.
- Yoga Nidra: A deep state of relaxation and meditation.

Our yoga studio is located at Our Studio. We provide a serene and supportive environment for all our students.

Please note that we provide yoga mats for those who forget to bring their own.
