Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
- Stir in the vegetable broth, crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for 10 minutes.
