Present Simple vs. Present Continuous
Present Simple: We use the present simple to talk about habits, general truths, and unchanging situations.
- Examples: I eat breakfast every morning. Birds fly in the sky.
Present Continuous: We use the present continuous to talk about actions that are happening right now or are ongoing.
- Examples: I am reading a book right now. Birds are flying over the lake.
