Present Tense
The present tense is used to describe actions that are happening now, habits, and general truths.

Future Perfect
The future perfect is used to describe actions that will be completed before a specific future time.
- I will have finished my project by next week.
- She will have eaten all the food by the end of the party.
- They will have played the game by 10 PM.
