Types of Financial Aid

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for financial aid, you must:

Be a citizen or eligible non-citizen of the United States.
Have a valid Social Security number.
Be registered with Selective Service, if required.
Be enrolled or accepted for enrollment as a regular student in an eligible program.
Maintain satisfactory academic progress.
Not be in default on a federal student loan or owe an overpayment on a federal grant.

Applying for Financial Aid

To apply for financial aid, you will need to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). This form collects information about you and your family's financial situation, which is used to determine your eligibility for aid.
