How to Upload Your ID

    • Navigate to Your Account and log in with your credentials.

  2. Access the KYC Section:

    • Click on the "Upload ID" button and follow the prompts to upload a clear, legible image of your identification document.

Supported ID Types

  • Government-issued ID: This can include a passport, driver's license, or national ID card.
  • Utility Bill: Your latest utility bill must be dated within the last 3 months and include your name and address.

Tips for a Successful Upload

  • Image Quality: Ensure the image is clear and legible. Avoid blurry or low-resolution photos.
  • Document Orientation: Upload the document in portrait orientation.
  • Front and Back: If your ID has both a front and back, upload both sides.
