- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 100ml of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sauté the Mushrooms: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until they are translucent. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Reduce the Heat: Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the mushroom sauce. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese (if desired). Serve warm.
Tips
- Feel free to add other ingredients like spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, or herbs to customize the recipe.
- For a vegan version, you can substitute the heavy cream with coconut milk or a plant-based cream alternative.
