Full Refund: If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the check-in date, you will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: If you cancel your booking between 15 to 30 days before the check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: If you cancel your booking within 14 days or less before the check-in date, no refund will be provided.

Conditions for Refund

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request and documentation.
