What is Refundable?

  • Tickets: If an event is canceled or postponed, tickets will be refunded in full.
  • Registration Fees: Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or postponed by the organizer.
  • Workshops and Seminars: Fees for workshops and seminars are non-refundable once the event has started.

How to Request a Refund?

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at customer-service@eventsite.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Event name and date
  • Order number
  • Reason for the refund

Important Notes

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
