Intellectual Property
The AI Toolkit and its documentation are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that the Company retains all right, title, and interest in and to the AI Toolkit and its documentation.
Termination
This license agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you violate any of the terms and conditions of this agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the AI Toolkit.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The AI Toolkit is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the AI Toolkit.
