- Bayesian Optimization: Uses probabilistic models to guide the search for the best architecture, balancing exploration and exploitation.
- Reinforcement Learning: Uses reinforcement learning techniques to train agents that learn the best architecture by interacting with the environment.
- Meta-Learning: Focuses on learning to learn, allowing the model to adapt quickly to new tasks.
Challenges in NAS
- Computationally Expensive: Evaluating a large number of architectures can be time-consuming and resource-intensive.
- Scalability: Scaling NAS algorithms to work with very large datasets or complex architectures can be challenging.
