Steps to Create a Ticket

  1. Navigate to the Ticketing System: Go to Ticketing System to access the ticketing platform.
  2. Log in: Sign in with your credentials.
  3. Create a New Ticket: Click on "Create New Ticket" and fill in the required details such as the ticket title, description, and affected areas.
  4. Attach Screenshots/Files: If applicable, attach screenshots or relevant files to provide more context.
  5. Submit: Once you've completed the form, submit the ticket.

Ticket Status

  • Open: Your ticket has been submitted and is currently being reviewed.
  • In Progress: Our team is actively working on your issue.
  • Closed: Your issue has been resolved, and the ticket has been closed.
