Steps to Create a Ticket
- Navigate to the Ticketing System: Go to Ticketing System to access the ticketing platform.
- Log in: Sign in with your credentials.
- Create a New Ticket: Click on "Create New Ticket" and fill in the required details such as the ticket title, description, and affected areas.
- Attach Screenshots/Files: If applicable, attach screenshots or relevant files to provide more context.
- Submit: Once you've completed the form, submit the ticket.
Ticket Status
- Open: Your ticket has been submitted and is currently being reviewed.
- In Progress: Our team is actively working on your issue.
- Closed: Your issue has been resolved, and the ticket has been closed.
